Airport Information
Paris Orly Airport (ORY) is the second largest airport in Paris, and it is located 14 kilometers (nine miles) south of Paris. Orly Airport Paris handles mainly domestic and charter flights, hosting around 30 airlines with an estimate of offering services to 25 million passengers annually.
ORY Airport incorporates two spacious terminals providing travelers a range of quality services and facilities including duty-free shops, restaurants, bars, banking, post offices, business, first aid, family and special needs facilities. Paris Orly Airport also displays a notable art collection and with a large observation deck.

Free shuttle buses run between the two terminals.
Orly South has airport information desks at Exits C and H on the ground floor, and at Hall B on the first floor; Orly West has airport information desks on the Departures level, Exits O, W, and between Exits R and S, as well as on the Arrivals level at Exits D and J. Free guides and maps of Paris and the airport are available. Passengers can also telephone the Information Center (tel: (0) 1 4975 1515).
Both terminals have ATMs, bureaus de change and a post office.
There are bars and restaurants throughout the airport.
There are newspaper stands, gift and duty-free shops.
The left-luggage lockers are no longer available due to security precautions. There are lost and found offices in Orly South (tel: (0) 1 4975 3410) and Orly West (tel: (0)1 4975 4234).
There is a medical center offering vaccinations at Orly South. There are art galleries and places of worship in both terminals.
There is a fully-equipped business center, the Center Affaires (tel: (0) 1 4975 1233; e-mail: centeraffaires-orly@adp.fr) at Orly West, with telephone, photocopying, fax and video facilities, 15 meeting rooms, six offices and a business lounge. Orly South has three larger rooms that can accommodate up to 200 delegates.
The airport has facilities for disabled passengers, who are asked to inform their airline in advance of their special needs. There are welcome desks for disabled passengers at Orly West Exit W, on the first floor, and at Orly South Exit E, on the ground floor. Disabled spaces are located in all the airport car parks. A discount is available to drivers in some of them upon presentation of a valid disability badge.
