Waterloo is the UK's largest station, covering an area of 99.150 square meters, combining beautiful architectural elements such the Victory arch, with modern facilities and a contemporary feel.
Eurostar train no longer call at Waterloo and the international part of Waterloo station is now closed.
All Eurostar train services now run to and from St Pancras International.

The main ticket office is opposite platforms 16 and 17 operating 24 hours a day. There is a second ticket office opposite platform 2, with additional ticket machines on the concourse.
Payphones can be found at each end of the main concourse.
Toilets and baby changing facilities are located opposite platforms 17 – 19. A charge of 20p is levied for the use of these facilities.

Bureau de Change facilities are available on platforms 11 and 12 and at exit 5.
Luggage trolleys are available at many sites on the concourse and on the platforms. A deposit of £1 will be returned to you when you take the trolley back to one of the trolley points.
Left Luggage storage is located between platforms 11 and 12.
Open 07:00 - 23:00 Mon to Sun. A small charge is made for this service.
The lost property office is situated in Lower Road.

It can be reached via the stairs, escalator or lift right next to Burger King and opposite platforms 11 and 12. Waterloo East provides services to southeast London, Kent and East Sussex.
South Eastern trains operate the station.
